Ticket Policy

Each ticket purchaser for an ICC match acknowledges that there is a possibility that one or both clubs slated to participate in such ICC match may no longer be able to participate in such ICC match (e.g., due to any such club’s required participation in the qualifying rounds for a tournament such as the UEFA Champions League or UEFA Europa League).  In the event that a club is not able to participate in an ICC match, and Relevent Sports, LLC (“Relevent”) has secured a replacement club, then the ticket purchaser will have two options, either of which shall constitute the ticket purchaser’s sole remedy:  the ticket purchaser may (1) retain his/her ticket(s) to such ICC match, which will now be comprised of different club(s) or (2) within two weeks of his/her receipt of notice, via e-mail, from Relevent that one or more of the clubs in the applicable ICC match is being replaced with an alternative club, request a refund for the ticket(s) purchased to such ICC match.  In the event that a club is not able to participate in an ICC match, and Relevent is not able to secure a replacement club, then the ticket purchaser’s sole remedy shall be to receive a refund for the ticket(s) purchased to such ICC match.  Ticket purchasers acknowledge and agree that roster decisions, including both who is on an ICC match roster and how many minutes, if any, each player participates in a particular ICC match, are not controlled by Relevent and are instead determined by the applicable clubs.  As such, ticket purchasers do not have the right to request a refund from Relevent for tickets purchased to an ICC match due to the rosters that are either announced or utilized in such ICC match.
